Over thirty five years ago, Jim Kaufmann and Dorothy Mills joined a young and growing company as the "new employees". All these years later they are still working together. Today they serve as President and Vice-President of Air Control Balancing, Inc. This type of dedication is not unusual for the company. Most employees have worked here in excess of twenty years. Today the children are taking positions to continue the building of the business. The customer list looks very similar. There are many loyal companies who have done business with this corporation for over thirty years, while others continue to join the new client list to make this an ever growing company.
