Kirk has performed examinations for various state agencies and has been designated as a Qualified Actuary by the New York Department of Financial Services.

As a natural complement to our product development work, AB&A also has available an experienced compliance team to assist with, or provide on a turn-key basis, policy forms, riders and applications in addition to completing the policy filing with the state insurance departments. We have nationwide experience and utilize SERFF as one of the most cost effective methods for product filing. Depending on your new product requests, we can assume all or a portion of your compliance needs.
