American First Response (AFR) supports the American Heart Association (AHA), CPR, AED, ACLS, PALS and First Aid Training courses. Our goal is to provide quality education, service, and products to our customers. As an American Heart Association Authorized Provider, we offer CPR, ACLS, PALS and other related courses to the public. Over the years, AFR has specialized in reaching out to healthcare professionals in rural communities who may have limited resources for obtaining training services.

At American First Response we have made owning an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) simple and easy. First, we researched all the AED's on the market, and have chosen to represent only the highest quality AED manufacturer, ZOLL Medical Corporation.

AFR can offer on-site training at your location, or we invite you to come to our Training Facility in North Little Rock, Arkansas. We offer flexible scheduling of classes during the day, evening and weekend in order to accommodate your training needs. Our classes will be tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers using the latest equipment and training materials. With a large base of highly qualified instructors and top of the line equipment, we are able to accommodate large and small groups.
