We have been in business under the legal entity of The Fletcher Firm, Incorporated since 1981. Our holistic approach springs from the broad array of interconnected disciplines within the firms reach of consultants. Our ability to integrate all these services as a unified creative force is in synch with what today's world needs from design. Approaching challenges from different perspectives - from strategic planning to architectural, engineering and interior design to construction services - enhances our ability to innovate. We offer the following Services: Stage One establishes the owner's program, financial status, time requirements, and the scope of the project. Stage Two establishes the site-related limitations and requirements for the project. Stage Three is usually divided into three design phases: The schematic design phase establishes the general scope, conceptual design, and the scale and relationship of project components. The design development phase further refines and describes the size and character of the project. It includes design of architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, materials, and such other elements as may be appropriate. The contract documents phase details the requirements for the work. Stage Four in which bids (or negotiated proposals) are solicited and obtained, and in which contracts are awarded. Back to Top
