The Administrative Services Department is dedicated to providing an array of important services to the individuals, families, and employees of Montgomery County. The responsibilities of the Administrative Services Department range from promoting safer communities through the Criminal Justice Council to supplying maintenance services for the county's three region parks.

“What separates the Auto Title passport operations from others in the area, in addition to multiple locations, is that we provide services during business hours six days per week, and an appointment is not necessary,” added Brush. At any of the Auto Title offices, customers can walk-in six days a week and have the application process (including photo taken, questions answered, oath administered) complete within 45 minutes.

Montgomery County Department of Job and Family Services administers Ohio Works First (OWF) which is the financial assistance portion of Ohio's Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) program. OWF was established to provide time-limited assistance to eligible families. OWF provides cash benefits to eligible, needy families for up to 36 months. The emphasis of OWF is self-sufficiency, personal responsibility and employment. Applications and eligibility determinations for OWF are completed at the County Department of Job and Family Services.
