Description

If you are an authorized Apriva reseller, we collect name, mailing address, email address and phone number. You can also create a user name and password. This information is used in connection with the Apriva BackOffice™, a web-based application that allows authorized resellers to board, service, and manage customers and terminals (i.e., board merchant account profiles, provide level one support, view reports, etc.). It is also used to develop user profiles for authorized resellers to drive their preferences for drop down menus when accessing BackOffice.

We use information submitted by our authorized resellers to permit them to manage their customers. Through Apriva BackOffice, resellers can add, modify or delete customers, terminals and applications. See backoffice.apriva.com for more information on the functionality provided by Apriva BackOffice.

Rinaldo is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and expansion of Apriva's Strategic Accounts. He brings more than 40 years of experience in the development of hardware and software products and services in the technology industry, and to date has been awarded 11 patents. Upon graduating from MIT, Rinaldo accepted an engineering role at Diano Corporation, an Analytical Instrumentation Company specializing in X-ray Fluorescence and Diffraction Instruments. After a few years, he took a leave of absence to return to MIT for an MBA.

Dr. Staiano is the Chairman and CEO of Sorrento Investment Group focusing on start up ventures in the Internet and Telecommunications areas. He is also the Chairman and CEO of Quickfilter Technologies, a private equity funded fabless semiconductor company founded in 2003. Dr. Staiano is a member of the Board of Trustees of Bucknell University and a member of the Board of Acoustic Technologies. Prior to starting his own investment company, Dr. Staiano enjoyed a 23 year career with Motorola. Dr. Staiano earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Bucknell University.

Brian leads the engineering and operations functions for Apriva’s POS Gateway as well as spearheading the technology and support solutions for Apriva’s network of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Value Added Resellers (VARs). Brian comes to Apriva with over 25 years of experience in information technology, with a specific focus on the Payments industry over the past 10 years.
