He is also a co-founder of Submar West Africa, an international company specializing in the manufacture, sale, distribution and installation of Submar articulated, flexible concrete mats throughout the West Coast of Africa, working with clients such as Exxon/Mobil™, Chevron™ and Shell™.

Mr. Carlson has thirty years experience in a financial and management capacity for a variety of industries including Health Care, Medical Products R&D and Distribution, and Biotechnology, Commercial Banking, Oil and Gas, Real Estate. He serves concurrently as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for Transplantation Research Foundation where he has been since 1990. He is a Director at Prognosis Health Information Systems. Mr. Carlson is a Certified Public Accountant certified to practice in the State of Texas.

Hank Moore is a corporate strategist, speaker and author. He conducts business appraisals, company evaluations, strategic planning and visioning. In his 40+ year career he has worked with over 100 of the Fortune 500 and presented Think Tanks for five U.S. Presidents. His latest book “The Business Tree” was endorsed by Peter Drucker as the most original business paradigm of the last 40 years. Mr. Moore is currently President of Silver Fox Advisors in Houston, TX.

Mr. Martin Lindenberg has experience in varied industries, including medical & IT technology, health care, manufacturing, marketing, consulting and sales. He has started or helped build over eighteen organizations, including fifteen companies. Mr. Lindenberg is chairman of the Waverly Group which provides consulting on business growth, strategy, corporate partnering and Board services. Martin is a Board Member and Founding Chairman of the Houston Technology Center.
