Al is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. Al works on commercial and residential civil engineering projects. His work includes subdivisions, commercial building sites, and mixed use developments. Al has over 28 years of experience in Civil Engineering. He was formerly Vice President and General Manager of Ortega Utility Company in Jacksonville, Florida. Since 1999 he has been working in the Upstate of South Carolina. He has worked on residential and commercial land projects, and on privately owned and government owned projects.
