On July 23, 2012, Argosy Investment Partners IV, L.P. completed an investment in American Leather (www.americanleather.com). Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, American Leather is a leading designer and manufacturer of high-end, made-to-order, upholstered home furnishings. The Company offers products manufactured in the United States that feature fashion-forward designs and proprietary, innovative functionality available with millions of option combinations.

On April 27, 2012, Argosy Investment Partners IV, L.P. acquired a controlling ownership interest in SinterFire, Inc. ( www.SinterFire.com ). Founded in 1998, SinterFire is the leading manufacturer of frangible ammunition projectiles. Its projectiles are manufactured using a proprietary powdered metal. The Company is headquartered in Kersey, PA and led by its founder, a powdered metal engineer with substantial knowledge of the ammunition industry.

On May 18, 2010, Argosy Private Equity invested in Southerland, Inc. Headquartered in Nashville, TN, and founded in 1893, Southerland is a value-oriented, mattress manufacturer servicing the Southeast, Southwest and Midwest regions of the United States. Through its Southerland, Elizabeth Jordan, Sleep Xpressions, Estate, Refresh and 8M product lines, the Company maintains relationships with over 450 customers, including strong relationships with some of the largest mattress retailers in the United States.
