Loss of function/ability can be devastating. It is important to know that services are available within your community which can assist in your recovery. ACMH provides services to patients/clients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. Our staff consists of caring, qualified individuals (many with advanced degrees and specialist certifications) in the Inpatient, Outpatient, Skilled Nursing and Acute Rehab Units.

Garden of Hope/Healing Garden – The Healing Garden is a fund started by cancer victims, and their friends and families, to provide a peaceful garden of reflection at ACMH. Plans are set to include benches, trees, flowers and a fountain to provide a tranquil setting for all of those touched by cancer.
