Ashbec was founded in 2001 by Vaughn Frick to help clients more effectively execute their chosen business strategies by building learning organizations. Prior to starting Ashbec, Mr. Frick was a group vice president at Gartner Inc. His focus there included a wide range of business and technical areas. Ashbec provides research and services intended to help our clients' continually improve the competitiveness of their organizations. Since 2004, Mr. Frick has focused his background in applied technology and organizational change to the problems facing the healthcare industry. In particular, a key focus of Ashbec's activities has been researching methods for reducing the cost and improving the quality of healthcare in the United States. This work has been integrated into the definition of the Ashbec Treatment Management System (patent pending).
