The OnSite team of Regulated Medical Waste (RMW) Professionals has extensive industry experience, including over 12 years of owning and operating a commercial RMW processing facility located in Pennsylvania. During this period, we designed, built and operated processing equipment with the use of shredders. We have processed over 200 million pounds of RMW. This extensive industry experience proved invaluable in identifying issues and providing solutions for Medical Waste Generators. OnSite Sterilization has now developed, built, and patented an advanced technology for autoclaving RMW. The focus of the development process has been to provide the industry with an effective, safe, efficient, and economical solution to their Medical Waste Treatment concerns. The VariClave is the result of this effort. OnSite's comprehensive knowledge of the medical waste generator's "cradle-to-grave" liability emphasizes the effectiveness of treatment rather than the speed of the treatment process. With this in mind, the primary specification must always be the equipment's suitability for that purpose, closely followed by worker safety and finally production efficiency.
