Our Machine and Fabrication shops have been providing for the coal industry for over 20 years. We provide high-quality housings and components for the sorting, distribution, and pulverization of coal. Our fabrication and assembly team also provide high-quality duct work for use in high-pressure and temperature conditions.

Excalibur strives to keep up with technology. Our machinists use over 40 pieces of CNC equipment to provide our customers with the highest quality product. Our machine shop utilizes Horizontal, Vertical, and Gantry style mills. In addition to our mills, we use a mix of CNC and manual lathes. We have recently added a Vertical Turning Lathe to better serve you.

Excalibur provides the power generation industry with high-quality OEM and repair parts. Our engineers will work with you to provide the highest quality product to your specifications to allow you to provide for your customers.

Our Machine Shop is located in Conneaut Lake, Pa. A 7,000 Sq. Ft addition was completed in 2006, bringing this facility's total area to 24,000 Sq. Ft. Excalibur utilizes exceptional personnel and cutting edge CNC machines to provide our customers with the best possible product.

Our Linesville, Pa facility houses our fabrication and assembly operations. A recently finished 18,000 Sq. Ft. addition brings this facility to over 45,000 Sq. Ft. Our fitters and welders have decades of experience in the fabrication industry, and we have recently added robotic welding capabilities.
