The Expert Witness Listing consists of members of the American Society for Pharmacy Law (pharmacist or pharmacist/attorneys) who are interested in providing their services of expert testimony and/or consulting services pertaining to pharmacy professional liability claims or other pharmacy law matters.

ASPL is pleased to announce that Donna Horn RPh, DPh (hon), Director of Patient Safety for Community Pharmacy at The Institute for Safe Medication Practices, has been named the 2013 recipient of the Larry M. Simonsmeier Fellowship. Established in 2011, this Fellowship awards tuition-free enrollment in the Online Master of Science in Pharmacy program at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy to a member who demonstrates leadership in pharmacy law and a commitment to the mission of ASPL.

Description Named in honor of the late Larry M. Simonsmeier, this Fellowship provides a tuition waiver at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy Online Master of Science in Pharmacy program for one entering student each year. Larry M. Simonsmeier was literally the "heart and soul" of ASPL for more than 25 years starting in 1974. Larry was a pharmacist and attorney who moved up the academic ranks to become professor and dean of Washington State University College of Pharmacy. As a professor, Larry was widely admired, respected, and loved by his students.
