Mrs. Rosso attended the Alabama Art Education Association conference in Florence, AL this past weekend where she received the AAEA Middle School Division Youth Art Month Award for the 2008-2009 school year. She was recognized for outstanding achievements in the promotion of art education and her effort and commitment to Youth Art Month, which is held annually in March. (pictured with Mrs. Rosso is Phyllis Parker Horne, AAEA President). Mrs. Rosso was also recognized for her efforts of YAM and student activities throughout the year.
