U.S. Department of Transportation, Cambridge, MA: Computer Date Entry, Helpdesk, Library and Administrative Support Services: Provided 24/7 personnel support to the Office of Hazardous Materials Safety Registration Program at the U.S. Department of Transportation VOLPE Center - as well as management and operation of the Volpe Center on-site transportation research library; providing technical research, reference services and administrative support services essential to the overall contract and project performance.

ARMA has used its experience in program management to manage personnel, services, material and supplies (i.e.: job performed for the U.S. Coast Guard).
