Bates Creative Group officially opened it's doors in 2003, but our designers, illustrators, and developers have worked and collaborated together for years prior. It was only in 2003 that nationally recognized designer Debra Bates-Schrott saw and acted upon an opportunity to bring together the "best of the best" and launched BCG. BCG is the apex of the ideal communications firm: A company with unparalleled creative talent, dedication to clients, and a single-minded commitment to ensuring client success. Three years and nearly 100 successful corporate, government and association client engagements later, this vision has been realized. BCG is truly one of a kind among a sea of brand development professionals, magazine designers, and marketing professionals. Despite our success, BCG remains as devoted as ever to maintaining a studio work environment that facilitates communication amongst staff, encourages the free exchange of ideas, and most of all, makes BCG a fun place to work.
