Our experience in the food and beverage industries includes implementing control systems for candy, pasta, and soft drink manufacturing plants. We have experience in cooking, blending, and packaging in batching environments as well as continuous-process environments.

In addition to supporting historians from major SCADA vendors, Automation Horizons also provides custom database solutions. Our primary experience is with Microsoft SQL Server®, Oracle® database, and Microsoft Access®.

The database itself is only part of the solution. One or more applications must be developed to input and display the data. Also, if the data is being fed automatically, an import process is necessary. Our usual choices when developing applications are Active Server Pages (ASP), Microsoft Visual Basic®, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft VBScript® but we have experience in other languages as well.

We are committed to completing projects to our customer's satisfaction. As a result, most of our business comes from previous customers or through word of mouth.
