The Credit Union will use personal information as appropriate in the normal course of our business to provide the products and services you requested. We will also use this information to provide positive identification of you when you contact us.

Bakelite Credit Union was organized on June 22, 1953, as a State chartered Credit Union. We became a community credit union in February of 1988. Anyone living or working in the following townships of Manilius, Rutland, Ottawa, South Ottawa, Utica, LaSalle, or Peru and their immediate family members are eligible for membership. Although we have grown in size and in the services which we offer, we still pride ourselves on being able to provide personal service to our members.
