Steve is a seasoned AutoCAD professional, with over 10 years' experience in interior planning and design. Steve honed his production skills while a store planner at Macy's where he produced documentation for construction projects, managed CAD software, and analyzed store plan data. He also managed the design/build process on several multi-phased renovation projects, and developed a vendor's new shop design that rolled out in 9 stores. As a senior store planner at Filene's & Kaufmann's, Steve introduced drawing protocols that reduced errors and created a new approach to design and production.

Brian brings over 30 years of extensive, award-winning experience in the creative retail fields of visual merchandising, store planning and store design. He has consulted with notable brands and retailers including Saks 5th Avenue, Ralph Pucci International, Marc Ecko Enterprises and BDBG Max Azria. Brian spent the majority of his career on the client side, and consequently brings a unique understanding of the operational challenges that are critical -- but not always fully considered -- in every retail solution. These valuable insights into the client experience help broaden the firm's perspective.

Caryn brings comprehensive experience of the entire retail design process with skills from brand strategy, conceptual design, merchandise planning and design development to custom fixture design. Her broad creative exposure comes from working with some of the top firms in the industry, earning recognition for outstanding work in retail and hospitality design from WPP, SADI, Chain Store Age and VM+SD. Her clients include Anchor Brewing, Boeing, Banco Itau (Brazil), Borders, Caribou Coffee, EDIT, Hard Rock Cafe, Karstadt, Kid Robot, L.A.M.B, Levi's, Macy's, Royal Avenue, Shinsegae, Timberland, Universal Studios, Yum! Brands and Virgin America.
