Bartel Associates, LLC was established to provide quality and cost-effective actuarial consulting services to public agencies. With over 400 GASB 45 studies completed, including GASB 45 studies for approximately 250 California cities, counties, and special districts we are experts in this field. We also provide actuarial valuation, consulting, and advisory services to large and small retirement systems, including consulting services for agencies participating in CalPERS.

Experience/Responsibilities Denise has been the Senior Office Administrator at Bartel Associates for 6 years. She has worked in the administrative field for over 15 years. As the day-to-day office administrator, Denise frequently interacts with clients, answering general office phone calls and emails. Denise is also in charge of the accounting department, including invoicing and accounts payable. Prior to joining Bartel Associates, Denise was an Administrative Assistant at KPMG.
