Green Bay, Wis., (May 15, 2013) — Baycom Inc., a leading provider of wireless voice, video and data solutions, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Milwaukee 2-Way, Inc., a Motorola Solutions Radio Channel Partner based in West Allis, Wis., for more than 17 years. The acquisition of Milwaukee 2-Way will complement and expand Baycom and Motorola Solutions’ strategy to provide public safety and commercial organizations in southeastern Wisconsin with best-in-class products and unmatched customer service and support.

The terms of the state contract allow any Wisconsin municipality the ability to take advantage of highly discounted prices on Panasonic Toughbook products and services from Baycom without the need to go through RFP or bidding processes. Under the D.O.A.

Baycom’s iSQUAD team has over 30 highly-trained service, installation and IT professionals with three Certified Service Centers in Green Bay, Neenah and Milwaukee.
