Thanks again, you outdid yourselves!" - LC of Massachusetts "Thanks for the great service, but even more, thanks for the great coffee." - CA of Florida Better Beans FAQ Holiday Order Details -Pick from 3 delivery dates; First Week of December, Just Before December 25th, and the First Week of January. -If you select First Week of December, the next shipment will be First Week of January. -If you select Just Before December 25th, or First Week of January, those clubs count as the January shipment, and therefore the next shipment will be First Week of February, and the next billing will be February 1st. -When you fill out your order today, you will be billed for the first shipment with future months billed on the 1st day of each following month, unless you indicate as described below that you would like to be billed in full. -You will be prompted to fill out a gift card greeting at checkout. -You may use the greeting card area to indicate that you would like to pay in full. We will of course only send the greeting portion of your message to your gift recipient ;) -If you'd like your gift to be anonymous, simply don't fill out the gift message portion of your order. We don't share sender information with recipients. -Orders sell out fast every year. In order to assure you get the delivery option you desire ordering earlier is advised. New Boxes are Greener and More Private! Better Beans is making the switch to greener, more earth friendly packaging. The United States Post Office has achieved the Silver Level Cradle to Cradle designation for its Priority Mail boxes and envelopes. That bit of news got our attention! While our previous packaging choice was quite pretty, and easy to recycle, the process for its production didn't stand up to the green test. We're pleased with our new packaging and proud to partner with the USPS in an effort to do whatever we can to minimize waste in any part of the coffee delivery cycle. An added bonus is that our packages are a bit more stealth. No worries if it has to sit on your porch, or be delivered to a central location. While the wonderful scent of coffee might give you away, our packaging prevents someone from spotting the type of purchase from a distance. Since we've changed packaging, not a single order of coffee has mysteriously disappeared, and that's good news for everyone! How Does Your Service Work? Better Beans is a monthly coffee club offering freshly roasted coffee beans from a different small batch coffee roaster each month. We even offer a FREE personalized gift card with your order. It's a fun way to try different coffees from small batch roasters around the country. Each month, you'll receive one or two 12 oz. bags of coffee beans, depending on which coffee club you've selected. You can specify whole bean or ground, regular or decaf, and recurring billing or for a set number of months.
