June 16, 2009 - Press Release : BioFuels Energy, LLC to Build, Own and Operate Mobile Renewable Fuel Cell Energy Project at the City of San Diego's Point Loma Water Treatment Plant. In recent years, legislation has been enacted on both the state and federal level to promote the creation and distribution of clean, renewable energy.
