During his years with Lansing Companies, Mr. Sublaban has negotiated and acquired land for three of the top ten California master-plan developers as well as a dozen domestic and international renewable energy partners. He is also a young entrepreneur specializing in real estate and land acquisition. In 2005 Joseph co-founded his own full-service land acquisition, development, and self-directed IRA company located in Manhattan. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business and graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Finance from the University of Pacific, Eberhardt School of Business.

Katharina “Kathy” Houser brings 20 years of experience in Real Estate Development to Lansing Companies. Kathy has worked for Developer/Investor/Managers of multi-family, single family, commercial, fractional, and land developments. Kathy brings not only a wealth of real estate development experience but also has a background in HR, Information Technology and Operations. Kathy is responsible for all financial aspects of over 50 corporate entities including tax audit and compliance, cash flow management, financial and ROI analysis and risk management as well as being the primary liaison for bankers and lenders.

Each of the principals of Lansing Companies has an average of over thirty years of experience in all aspects of the Southern California real estate industry. The knowledge of our founders puts us at the forefront of the land development market.
