Mr. Roueche has over 20 years experience in early and growth stage companies in the minimally invasive medical device industry. Prior to co-founding BioSET, he spent 4 years leading the new market business units in arthroscopy and interventional cardiology for InnerDyne, Inc, until the company's acquisition by U.S. Surgical, a Tyco Healthcare company in 2000. Previously, Mr. Roueche spent 7 years with sports medicine medical device manufacturer Orthopedic Technology, Incorporated, where he held increasing roles of responsibility, culminating in the senior Sales and Marketing position.
