CIRCARE is a nonprofit national organization of concerned professionals and lay persons who share the common goal to improve safeguards for human research subjects. We oppose the exploitation and deception of human subjects in unethical studies that violate the human rights, welfare, or the best medical interests of the individual subject. CIRCARE was incorporated in New York state on 1996-07-17 as a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization. Since that time, CIRCARE has been singularly instrumental in bringing documented evidence of human subject abuse to the attention of the public. Donations to CIRCARE are tax-deductible.
