Founded in 2002, Impulse Monitoring, Inc. (IMI) was among the first companies to provide onsite and Web-based monitoring of the neurological systems of patients undergoing spinal and brain-related surgeries. Known as intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring, or IONM, it is a technique that changed the standards of care for these patients by reducing the risk of permanent neurological damage.

IMI has developed a comprehensive training program and continuing education program for our neurophysiologists to ensure the best care delivery. And, as an integral part of our IONM service, we provide real-time physician oversight for our services through exclusively contracted experienced professional corporations including American Neuromonitoring Associates, PC., Pacific Neuromonitoring Associates, Inc., North Pacific Neuromonitoring Associates, PC., and Midwest Neuromonitoring Associates, PC.

Our team is a dedicated group with a level of experience and knowledge that is unparalleled in the monitoring field. Many of our neurophysiologists have at least two years of experience and exhibit the highest degree of professionalism. Our neurologists are highly experienced in electrophysiology.
