Blackfox was founded in 1996 by a group of Electronic Manufacturing professionals to provide the technical training the Electronic Manufacturing Industry required. They partner with you to provide knowledge to your team, improve your direct labor workforce’s skills, reduce your “Cost of Quality” (COQ) and improve the overall quality of your products.
Rick Stanton is the VP of Quality and Course Director, of Pro-Skill Consulting and Training Group, as well as their principal instructor, he has worked in the Electronic Manufacturing Service industry for over 30 years. He has extensive experience in Supply Quality Engineering and Training Management. He has been employed by prime contract manufacturing companies throughout his career, AT&T Network Systems, Raytheon, General Electric, Solectron (Now Flextronics), Jabil Circuits, Harris Corporation and Symetrics Industries.
Dorothy started with Blackfox when the company was founded in 1996 and has been a valued part of the Blackfox Management team ever since. Dorothy has experience in all areas of the manufacturing process and has completed many additional training courses relating to Manufacturing Concepts, Team Building, Problem Solving, and Process Control.
My recent Blackfox recertification experience, I have to say that Blackfox offers a great experience in the training of the IPC standards, I have been in the electronics industry for over 30 years and have to say that the best one by far so far was at my recent certification of the new IPC-620B standard.
For companies developing in-house training programs, we provide Instructor Training and Certification for all of the Blackfox Skill-Based Courses. This program will provide your instructor(s) the knowledge and materials necessary to ensure quality skill learning through the implementation and/or the continuing education of your workforce. Instructor candidates will receive the instructional materials necessary to qualify learners in basic and/or advanced acceptable techniques.
