Borcheck & Gase, LLC was founded in November 2001 in Winter Park, Florida by its two principals, Mike Borcheck and Jim Gase. Mike and Jim were classmates at their alma mater, the University of Central Florida, over twenty years ago. After college, they both set out to begin their careers on slightly different paths.
