Founded in 1948, Community Hospital of Bremen is a not-for-profit , 25-bed Critical Access Hospital serving the healthcare needs of Bremen and the surrounding communities. We are dedicated to providing high quality, compassionate care to the patients we serve. With the opening of our new facility in 2006, our motto "Our family caring for yours" is our pledge to offer the highest level of care by competent, caring physicians and staff.

Community Hospital of Bremen Laboratory is a full-service laboratory committed to excellence in quality and customer service. We are fully accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and CLIA.

For example, we may need to give your health plan information about the surgery you received at the hospital so your insurance company will pay us or reimburse you for the surgery.
