BrightWire Networks is an outsource technology services firm that provides businesses with solutions that meet their current and anticipated business technology needs. We strive to deliver the right solution that offers the best overall value to the client organization. BrightWire currently works with clients in Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Engineering, Professional Services and Non-profit organizations. Our typical client is large enough to require technical support services, but is not able to justify the expense of hiring a technical person on staff. Other clients have technical staff on board, but recognize the value of hiring us to manage their more complex projects where their time and expertise may fall short. Many of our clients have multiple locations and/or mobile workers and depend on stable and secure access to company information wherever their workers may be. We understand the many demands our clients face with their time and resources. That is why BrightWire always works to improve the value of our services for our clients. BrightWire is active professionally with other technology firms regionally and nationally, that provide services to small and mid-size businesses. We regularly attend meetings and events sponsored by the Puget Sound Small Business Server User Group, which meets monthly at the Microsoft Campus in Redmond. Our group has direct interaction with key personnel from Microsoft product development teams and the Microsoft Pacific West Region management group. BrightWire is also a member of an invitational Advisory Panel hosted by Microsoft that gathers insight and recommendations from panel members on how best to improve Microsoft products and services. Todd Whitley - Managing Partner Todd brings more than 20 years of business leadership experience as co-founder of BrightWire Networks. He has more than 6 years of technical field experience as a consultant, working with a wide range of businesses from single location companies to multi-location mid-enterprise environments, providing secure network solutions and project management expertise for their business critical systems. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and a Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator. Prior to founding BrightWire, He worked 7 years with United Parcel Service in its Delivery Information division and worked an additional 13 years as a founding partner and senior manager with a successful start-up company in the specialty coffee industry. Todd is primarily responsible for account management and business development at BrightWire. Gordon Carlisle
