Brookline Builders Inc is a specialized historic preservation contractor who has been in business since 1990.

We have completed many Historic home and commercial renovations. We pride ourselves in finding creative solutions to difficult construction needs.

New construction and remodeling of both commercial and residential buildings is something in which we are very experienced, BUT our specialty is Historic Restorations/Repairs of older homes and buildings.

We are very flexible when meeting needs in the historic restoration field, whether the job is a complete restoration, a historically accurate addition, or a small repair item such as:
Wood window repairs or entire historically accurate replacement of windows.
Slate Roof installation or repair.
Complete masonry restoration or repairs, including beehive/bake ovens.
Log home repairs.
Matching and repair any trim - interior or exterior.
Brookline Builders Inc will act as the general contractor or complete just a small portion of the project.
