Shannon graduated from DeKalb Community College in 1995 as a dental hygienist, and has been working with Dr. Carter since 2007. She's been in the dental profession for more than seventeen years, and lives in Grayson, Georgia. Shannon truly loves the people she works with, and likes that everyone works as a team, always striving for excellence. She loves interacting with patients and teaching them about oral health.

Stephanie was born and raised in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and has been in the dental field for more thant 16 years. She's enjoys working alongside Dr. Carter for the last 11 years as his dental assistant. She loves what she does and finds it challenging as well as rewarding. Stephanie likes taking care of patients and making them comfortable during their visits. She especially enjoys working with young adolescents and the elderly. She's the proud mother of two children, her daughter Candace and her son Even.
