Building Q is a marketing consulting company specializing in licensing. We provide a range of services designed to guide manufacturers through the development of profitable licensing programs.

We have worked with all types of properties and licensors and understand the process and what needs to be done to create a success. The one thing we do not do is act as "agents" and sell the property.

Offering a wide range of development and problems solving abilities, PDQ has worked with inventors in securing manufacturers for product concepts. In addition, PDQ is a resource as the development arm of internally conceived concepts for companies looking to access temporary manpower to increase speed to market.
