Kim Morano Executive Vice President, Operations Kim Morano, Executive Vice President of Operations, has been with BLS for over 17 years. Kim has concentrated mainly in operations, human resources and finance, although she has a working knowledge of most aspects of the business. Kim became a fast learner under the watchful eyes of Don Butler, founder, during her tenure as his executive assistant. Kim has been a member of the top management committee since 1996. She is currently a member of the company’s Executive Management Team, contributing greatly to its strategic planning and growth.
