Description
Jeff began his career as a 13-year-old dishwasher for Iowa restaurant industry leader Paul Trostel, and he has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He studied at the Iowa Culinary Institute before taking on several successful restaurant ventures across the country. He returned to Des Moines in 2005 and opened Trostel's Dish in Clive, eventually leaving for his current position.
