Craig Sanders has been continually involved in the real estate industry since 1979 and has successfully operated his own company for the past twenty five years. Mr. Sanders’ real estate background is diverse, with experience in leasing, sales, finance, development, construction, design and project management. Mr. Sanders has had successful relationships with a wide variety of companies such as Prudential California Realty (a Berkshire Hathaway Company), First Mortgage Capital, Lazard Asset Management, Freeman Associates, Pickford Escrow Services, Wingcast (a Qualcomm/Ford Motor Company), Wireless Facilities, Incorporated and several medical, legal and technology clients. Mr. Sanders also has extensive experience in wireless network deployments, primarily in the area of real estate acquisition of telecommunication sites. Since 2002, Mr. Sanders has been involved with over $72,000,000 in lease and sales transactions. Originally from Indiana, Mr. Sanders holds a B.S. degree from Purdue University in Business-Economics and has resided in San Diego since 1985.
