Rod Taylor has been active in Real Estate since 1982 where he began his career as a Maintenance Supervisor in the family-owned Real Estate Management business. From there, he has progressively increased his responsibility as Commercial Real Estate Agent, Construction, Landscape Designer, Property Manager, General Manager to now, President of the Company. With more than 25 years of experience in all facets of Investment Real Estate, Property Management, and Property Construction, he brings diversity, strength of experience, and a hands-on approach in leading the Company and working with Clients.

Mike has over 26 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate in California. His in-depth experience is well suited in directing the Company's day-to-day operations and relations-management with tenants and owners. His experience includes residential property management, sales, and mortgage origination.

A Counselor of Real Estate is a real estate professional whose primary business is providing expert advisory services to clients. Compensation is often on an hourly or total fixed fee basis, although partial or total contingent fee arrangements are sometimes used. Any possibility of actual or perceived conflict of interest is resolved before acceptance of an assignment. In any event, the Counselor places the interests of the client first and foremost in any advice provided, regardless of the method of compensation.

Only 1,100 practitioners throughout the world carry the CRE Designation, denoting the highest recognition in the real estate industry. CRE members average 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.
