ABOUT CP SOFTWARE GROUP... CP Software Group (CP) was founded in 1991 and operates from Historic Folsom in the heart of the California gold rush country. Its founders were executives from the software industry with extensive experience in turnaround management and new venture development. The founders wanted to apply their skills in helping struggling or underperforming businesses succeed.

Mr. Troy has built and managed every type of distribution, including direct, telesales, tiered distribution, system integration, OEM and VAR. He has held executive positions with Pacific Software Publishing, Uniplex, Inc., and Computer Sciences Corp. He has over twenty-five years of sales and marketing experience in a variety of technical markets. Mr. Troy holds a BA degree from the University of Connecticut.

Mr. Saykally is a specialist in building and rebuilding hi-tech businesses. He has served as the key executive to rebuild several significant software companies including Informatics, Sterling Software and Unify. He has raised private and public capital and is experienced in mergers and acquisitions. He has hands-on experience in domestic and international markets, multiple distribution channels and many technologies. He has served as a Director on private and public boards. Mr. Saykally received his BA from Notre Dame University and MBA from Pepperdine University.
