Island Graphics Corporation is a long-time software provider to the Unix market. Island Graphics was founded in 1983 with the mission of becoming a leading developer of graphic arts and office productivity software. Island Graphics had evolved by 1988 into two independent divisions: the Graphic Arts Division and the Office Products Division. The Office Products Division was acquired by CP Software Group in September of 1993 and became Island Software Corporation.
