TERMS OF USE Caféjo provides you goods and services subject to the following conditions. If you visit, browse, and/or shop at Caféjo.com, you accept these conditions. Please read this entire document carefully. When you use any Caféjo products or services, you will also be subject to any and all conditions applicable to such products or services. ORDERS, RETURNS, AND DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE All sales are final when ordering product from Caféjo.com. Defective merchandise will be replaced with the same exact item. Coffee cannot be returned. Limited Brewer Warranty All brewer parts are covered for one (1) year from date of purchase. This warranty covers original equipment at the time of purchase only. Caféjo assumes no responsibility for substitute replacement parts installed in any of Caféjo’s equipment that has not been purchased from Caféjo. Warranty is void under the following conditions: 1. Improper installation or operation of the equipment. -2. Abuse or neglect (for example, but not limited to, failure to periodically clean or remove lime accumulations). -3. AquaBrew, Incorporated is not responsible for equipment operation due to excessive lime or local water conditions. All repairs and/or replacement are subject to the decision that the workmanship or parts were faulty and that the defects show up under normal use. -4. All claims under this warranty must be submitted to the factory and approved before return of the unit to the factory. -5. All equipment returned to AquaBrew must be repackaged properly in the original carton. No units will be accepted if they are damaged due to improper packaging. No Product or Parts Will Be Accepted Without Prior Authorization. Products must be shipped freight prepaid and will be returned freight collect. RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number must be marked on the carton or shipping label. Customer Accounts In accessing and using CAFEJO.COM and its aliases, you agree to accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account, username, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, account, and password information and local security of your computer including restriction of access. Users are required to provide email addresses strictly as the primary means for CAFEJO to make correspondence with them in the course of order fulfillment. Users are required to provide an actual, working email address in placing orders. The customer accepts all responsibility for the accuracy of their submitted information for placing orders. CAFEJO is not responsible for orders placed using stolen or unauthorized identification/payment information. CAFEJO reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, cancel or delay orders, and remove and edit content at their sole discretion.
