Delta Cafe Roasting began its operation in 1989 as a division of sales and service of espresso equipment named Pro Bake Equipment. When one of the principals, Jean Christophe Houdre joined the company, he brought to the company his knowledge of coffee roasting. Jean Christophe follows a traditional roasting process handed down to him by a follow roaster in Bordeaux France. This 50 years old technique is what makes our signature coffee unique. Now, we are proud to bring this tradition to America and especially Orange County, California. In 1994, the corporate name was changed to Delta Cafe Roasting Company. Sales continued to grow annually primarily by the addition of product line such as Direct Relationship Coffees (100% shade grown). Today, Delta Cafe is one of the biggest roasting companies in Orange County, California. We have a range of more than 100 products including espresso machine, coffee machine, grinder parts, flavor coffee, ice tea...
