The Cancer Aid and Research Fund is driven by the challenges of providing aid and support to programs working to find a cure for cancer. Support groups for cancer patients are a vital part of their treatment and rehabilitation. Our efforts are directed at making these support groups available. In addition, working with the victims of cancer, providing educational, emotional, and spiritual support is at the core of our programs. As an organization that is totally dependent upon public support, the Cancer Aid and Research Fund looks for the most cost effective ways to provide vital educational materials about nutrition and alternative treatments for cancer and other diseases. Our efforts also focus on acquiring and placing much needed medical equipment and supplies in clinics and hospitals. As a result of these efforts, the clinics and hospitals are able to provide a much more cost effective program for the patients and their families...
