Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard will occupy 3,450-square-feet of office space on the third floor of the BB&T building at 115 N. Third St., Suite 301. Vin Wells, a partner and broker with Wilmington-based Cape Fear Commercial, represented the tenant during the long-term lease transaction on Monday for an undisclosed amount. Don Harley, broker-in-charge of Wilmington-based Harley & Associates, represented the landlord.

The 62,380 square-foot, Class A office building is anchored by the regional headquarters of Wachovia Bank. RSM McGladrey provides assistance in tax services, consulting, wealth management, Retirement Resources and Employer services, while McGladrey & Pullen is a CPA firm that performs audit and other assurance services.
