CHD serves as Union County's Public Health Authority. We provide services like family planning (maternal and child health), communicable disease prevention and treatment, Women, Infants and Children (WIC) nutritional program, adolescent health and bioterrorism preparedness.
We are able to bill most other insurance plans and we provide services through contracts with many Employee Assistance Programs.
Alcohol and Drug (A&D) Our program offers high quality services to adolescents and adults who are experiencing problems related to alcohol and drug use. Our highly-trained staff is committed to helping by providing education, support and honest feedback. CHD is certified by the State of Oregon Office of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Programs. We have offered mental health and addiction treatment services to Union County for over 20 years.
