Marina has studied the psychology of human behavior for over 22 years and over the past ten years has worked in organizational and people development as a facilitator, trainer, and coach. She has worked with many types of clients, including retail, government, pharmaceutical, banking, IT, construction, professional services, hi-tech engineering, the armed forces, and the medical profession.

For over 25 years, Mike has worked with client organizations in the design and implementation of organization change, conducting internal assessments of organization climate, building newly formed teams, and assisting teams and individuals in resolving conflict.

Mark is a respected trainer, coach and consultant focusing on conflict resolution and alliance building to achieve superior performance. He has extensive experience working with executives and teams at global corporations including GlaxoSmithKline, Roche, The Dow Chemical Company, Xerox Corporation, Morgan Stanley and Adobe.

Jeffrey has worked in the field of talent and organizational capability for over 20 years. He delivers breakthrough results in Strategic Leadership Effectiveness, Team Effectiveness, Succession, Talent Pipeline Optimization, and Organization Effectiveness. His clients include global technology companies, national and regional healthcare companies, global automotive companies, national financial services companies, and global pharmaceutical companies, among others.

Jim has been on the leading edge in creating and implementing programs in diversity. He served as the founding Chairman of the Diversity Committee at Pacifica Graduate Institute and has served as a commissioner on the Affirmative Action Commission for Santa Barbara County. In addition to being an international diversity lecturer and a trainer of diversity trainers, he has worked with several major corporations in the U.S. to raise awareness and facilitate the implementation of diversity initiatives.
