Our commercial unit has over 35 years of combined technical experience working with commercial underwriting companies.We employ experienced property & casualty professionals. Members of our staff have educational and career backgrounds in underwriting, workers’ compensation, risk management and claims adjusting. Our agents' experience is an additional service for you and your business when placing coverage, at renewal time and when presenting a claim.

Samuel Jr. first joined Chapman & Chapman in the early 1980’s and then again in 1997. Sam is a licensed Property & Casualty producer (licensed since 1977), specializing in both Commercial and Personal lines of insurance. He is an outside producer as well as in-house for sales and service. Sam has extensive, over 30 years, experience in providing coverage and policy interpretation and he works with clients to advise and establish appropriate policies for each individual client.

Pat has been with Chapman & Chapman since 1992. She is a licensed Property & Casualty producer. Pat brings with her many years of experience in the insurance industry. She began her insurance career working for a local insurance agency while still attending high school. Her specialty is personal lines coverage and claims. Pat enjoys helping clients with their insurance needs and believes it is important that they be treated in the way that she would like to be treated.

Susanne has been with Chapman & Chapman for since 2000 and is a licensed Property & Casualty producer. Susanne is experienced in Commercial and Personal lines of insurance, but Commercial Insurance is her specialty. She is well versed in the specialized insurance needs for contractors and works hard to help them purchase the coverage they need. She can place and service both your commercial and personal insurance.
