Her passion for enhancing the quality of life for underserved populations has led her to research, create, and manage academic and life enrichment and intervention programs for over 15 years. Monique has worked intensely with families and communities in Alameda, Santa Clara, San Francisco, San Mateo, and Contra Costa Counties. Her experience includes working with foster youth, homeless families, group homes and incarcerated youth.
