CRL Offers Leading-edge Diagnostic Testing Services CRL is a privately held reference laboratory offering leading edge testing services in the areas of Clinical Trials, Corporate Wellness Programs, Genomics, Insurance, and Toxicology, all under one roof at our state-of-the-art facility in Lenexa, Kansas.CRL has grown from a group of six sharing one phone in 1979 to be one of the largest single-site laboratories in the country. We currently have over 450 employees, a 150,000 plus square foot "campus" and perform tests on millions of samples annually for hundreds of clients. We process samples 24 hours a day, 6 days a week and receive samples from all over the United States and many foreign countries.CRL is the only privately held laboratory operating on a national basis with over a three and a half million test capacity. In addition, CRL has had the same core management group for the past eighteen years and has operated profitably in each of those years.
